Information you choose to provide

When you request a walkthrough or contact Ready & Refreshed Cleaning, you may provide your name, business or organization name, phone number, email address, preferred contact method, property city, service needs, timing, property details, and optional photographs.

How the information is used

Submitted information is used to:

• Evaluate whether the requested property and service appear to be a suitable fit.
• Respond to the inquiry and arrange a property walkthrough when appropriate.
• Prepare and discuss a custom cleaning quote.
• Maintain necessary business records and address service-related questions.
• Protect the website and business against spam, fraud, and misuse.

Optional property photographs

Photographs are optional. Do not submit images containing keys, addresses, personal documents, family photographs, computer screens, alarm panels, access codes, security systems, or other information that is not needed to evaluate the cleaning request.

Submitted photographs will not be published as portfolio or marketing content without separate permission. The planned system does not automatically delete uploads; they remain available for business follow-up until manually deleted or deletion is requested, subject to any records that must be retained for legitimate legal or business reasons.

Analytics and cookies

The site may use Google Analytics 4 to measure visits and useful actions such as phone, text, email, and walkthrough-request activity. The site does not use cookies for advertising or tracking across other websites. You may opt out of Google Analytics 4 by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.

Spam and abuse prevention

The walkthrough request form uses Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise to distinguish genuine requests from automated submissions. When you send the form, Google receives information such as your IP address, browser and device details, and how you interacted with the page, and returns a risk score that determines whether the request is delivered. This information is used only to protect the form against spam and abuse.

This site is protected by reCAPTCHA and the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply.

Sharing and sale

Ready & Refreshed Cleaning does not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers needed to operate the website, email, hosting, analytics, or business systems, and may be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights and safety.

Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards will be used, including HTTPS, server-side validation, upload restrictions, randomized filenames, blocked script execution, access controls, and limited collection. No website or storage system can promise absolute security.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted by contacting contact@readyandrefreshed.com. Ready & Refreshed Cleaning may need enough information to verify and locate the request.
